Warranty Policy

Duration & coverage

All watches purchased at the-watch-luxe.store include a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s covered

  • Movement defects,

  • Hands alignment defects,

  • Dial/indices manufacturing issues,

  • Crown/stem functional defects (not caused by impact/misuse).

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear (case, strap/bracelet, clasp, plating, scratches, crystal scuffs),

  • Battery depletion (for quartz models),

  • Water damage due to misuse beyond the watch’s rated water resistance or failure to secure crown/pushers,

  • Damage from accidents, impacts, drops, misuse, unauthorized repairs/modifications,

  • Cosmetic issues arising from use (e.g., micro-scratches from daily wear).

Warranty service process

Email support@the-watch-luxe.store with your order number, description, and photos/videos. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our sole discretion. Return shipping for approved warranty cases may be covered by us.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases from the-watch-luxe.store. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
