Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for most new, unused items in their original condition and packaging (including tags, protective films, booklets, and accessories).

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be new, unused, and unworn, free from scratches/marks, with all original packaging and inserts.

  • Include any gifts, straps, links, tools, tags, and manuals that were supplied.

  • Provide order number and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if labeled as such),

  • Gift cards,

  • Obvious signs of wear, misuse, modification, or sizing/bracelet adjustments that cause cosmetic wear,

  • Water damage caused by misuse outside the watch’s stated resistance rating.

How to start a return

Email support@the-watch-luxe.store with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). For your protection, use a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We may deduct original outbound shipping and handling where applicable.

  • If items are returned incomplete or not in original condition, a restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where stock is unavailable, we’ll process a refund per the terms above.

Wrong, defective or DOA items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective/DOA product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion and cover reasonable return shipping for verified cases.

Your statutory consumer rights in the US/CA/UK/AU/NZ remain unaffected.
